Clerk 50% (m/f)
Your tasks
- Execution of the entire commercial order processing
- Independent preparation and submission of offers and invoices
- Time tracking and expense accounting for own and temporary employees
- Telephone contact with architects, builders, and suppliers
- Support of operations and project managers in all administrative matters
- Other interesting activities
You bring with you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ) or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the main or secondary construction trade as well as in offer and billing management
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, preferably Abacus/AbaBau)
