YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic & operational overall responsibility for the COO area
- Leadership and further development of the organisation as well as central key competencies
- Implementation of the divisional strategy into concrete initiatives and programmes
- Definition and implementation of the future maintenance strategy
- Ensuring performance, efficiency and quality along the value chain with regard to the LCC
- Strategic positioning and market penetration of digital solutions in the maintenance of rail vehicles (Predictive Maintenance, Remote Services, data-driven business models)
- Management of the mobilisation of new service locations worldwide
- Close collaboration with sales, engineering and international locations
- Support of customer projects, tender processes and strategic partnerships
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree (University of Applied Sciences / University) in a technical or business field
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role in the service or (rail) industry environment
- Proven success in leading and developing employees and teams
- Strong understanding of service products and/or digital solutions
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong implementation skills
- Communicative personality with assertiveness
- Fluent German and English skills
