Residential Area Manager (80-100%)

Tasks

• Holistic and resident-centred care and nursing
• Implementing specialist guidelines and processes with the team
• Active support in the continuous development of care
• Enjoyment in taking on leadership and planning responsibility
• Managing a department with long- and short-term residents
• Sustainable future planning with pioneering projects
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration of all professional groups
• Appreciative contacts as a contact person for employees, residents and their relatives

Your strengths

• Completed tertiary-level training in nursing, leadership training
• Leadership training or willingness to attend it
• Clear and target-group-appropriate communication with residents, relatives and employees
• Motivating, solution-oriented and binding leadership style
• Motivation for the future-oriented development of our institution
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
