About the job
In our largest asset class, real estate, we manage various investment vehicles with a focus on sustainable value creation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual with proven expertise in commercial (initial) lettings.
As a Commercial Letting Specialist, you will take on a key role in letting commercial spaces within our real estate portfolio in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and – depending on suitability – also in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Main tasks
- Responsibility for the initial commercial letting of real estate projects
- Development and implementation of marketing and letting strategies for commercial spaces (retail, office, services)
- Active acquisition of tenants as well as building and maintaining networks
- Conducting negotiations and concluding lease agreements
- Positioning and marketing of projects (including storytelling and market approach)
- Close collaboration with asset management, development, and external partners (brokers, agencies)
- Support in letting residential spaces as part of overall projects
Profile
- Several years of proven experience in initial commercial lettings in Switzerland
- Experience with mixed-use development projects is an advantage
- Strong network in the real estate market in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (French-speaking part is an advantage)
- Strong acquisition and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as structured and independent working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent language skills in German and English. French is an advantage.
