You take responsibility for a team of around 8 employees and ensure that the city office operates reliably, efficiently and with a customer focus – today and in the future. In doing so, you lead your team not only professionally but also in challenging situations, make decisions and further develop the area.

Your tasks
You take responsibility for a team of around 8 employees and ensure that the city office operates reliably, efficiently and with a customer focus
– today and in the future. In doing so, you lead your team not only professionally but also in challenging situations, make decisions and further develop the area.
- Coordination and planning of all tasks of the city offices
- Collaboration in all areas of the city office including naturalisations
- Cooperation with various internal and external specialist offices and other municipalities
- Further development of processes, procedures and services
- Participation in and management of projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in public administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the area of resident services/city office; knowledge of citizenship law/naturalisation is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience
- Reflective, resilient personality with clear communication skills
- High social competence
- Reliable, service-oriented and independent working style
