Finance and HR Administration Employee 70-80% (m/f/d)

• Processing all accounts payable accounting processes
• Handling accounts receivable accounting
• Maintaining financial accounting
• Independently preparing VAT returns and financial statements
• Supporting budget planning and coordination
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintaining and managing the general ledger
• Personnel and resident administration
• Preparing reports for management
• Contact person for residents and relatives

• Commercial basic training with further education in accounting
• Several years of experience in the finance sector
• Experience in the healthcare or social sector
• Knowledge of personnel administration
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Conscientious, discreet, and committed working style
• High resilience and independent work organisation
