The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Department of Internal Medicine under the direction of Dr med Simon Ritter, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH for the Occupational Medical Service with a workload of 30%.
Your tasks
- Conducting vaccination consultations and vaccinations for new employees
- Planning and carrying out seasonal vaccination campaigns, for example flu vaccinations
- Advising employees on occupational medical issues within the scope of the service mandate
- Collaboration with the responsible specialist departments and the human resources department
- Professional exchange with HOCH
- Support in the further development of processes in the area of occupational health care
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse at FH or HF level or you have training as a health and nursing nurse with Swiss recognition
- Several years of professional experience in the acute sector
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good interdisciplinary interaction with a focus on patient-oriented action
- You are an upbeat, communicative and motivated personality
