Our client is an established Swiss institution in the field of psychiatric healthcare, focusing on specialised and high-quality care for their patients. To strengthen the team in the department for depression and burnout, we are seeking a committed individual as a Dipl. Nurse HF (60-80%) starting 1 January 2027.

Dipl. Nurse HF 60-80 (m/f/d)

- Implementation of the nursing mandate within the nursing process

- Design of individual patient-centred care

- Commitment in the psychiatric women-specific treatment context

- Co-design of treatment steps within the treatment strategy

- Responsibility for milieu work in the department

- Leading nursing group activities

- Support of the training mandate for apprentices

- Accompanying apprentices and students in everyday nursing practice

- Completed training as a Nurse HF

- Recognition certificate from the SRK for foreign diplomas
