What you bring

• You receive claims notifications by phone and handle claims files.
• As the first point of contact, you provide competent support to our insured clients and offer them quick solutions.
• You independently manage material damage and assess coverage issues.
• You provide quality customer service.

Your profile

• You are available immediately for a six-month fixed-term contract and ready to work 100%.
• You have commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector, or proven experience in private insurance.
• Ideally, you have experience in managing material claims, which is a significant advantage.
• You are comfortable with telephone contact with clients and in drafting correspondence.
• You have an excellent command of the French language.
