Project Coordinator (m/f)
Regions: Canton of Vaud, Valais or the Neuchâtel region
You act as a hub between customers, sales, production and construction sites. With your project and technical experience, you carry out a large number of projects (new installations and modernisations in the field of automated door and gate systems) for high-quality installations.
Your tasks:
- Professionally advising customers by phone and on site
- Planning, executing and monitoring projects from start to finish (organisation, documentation and cost control)
- Coordinating the exchange of information between the involved departments
- Responsibility for compliance with standards, warranty clauses and legal provisions
- Preparing interim and final invoices
- Providing cover in the Geneva, La Côte, Lower Valais, Central Valais and Neuchâtel regions
Your profile:
- Successfully completed basic technical training with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in metal construction, electrical engineering, automotive mechanics; mechanical engineering with commercial experience
- Further training as an IPMA Level D project manager or similar is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology as well as at least 3 years of site experience
- Native French speaker, German is an asset, category B driving licence, resident in the Canton of Vaud, Valais or the Neuchâtel region
- Strong skills in structured, customer-oriented and independent thinking and action, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for our products complete your profile
