Spitex Volketswil enables the 20,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Volketswil to live independently and in a familiar environment at home for as long as possible. With a dedicated team of around 20 employees, Spitex Volketswil provides professional nursing and domestic services at home and supports people in various life situations. Spitex Volketswil is part of VitaFutura AG, which employs around 150 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, hospitality, and administration, and operates as a non-profit public limited company on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.
Team Leader Spitex

You will take on the operational, personnel, and professional management of our Spitex team (21 employees) and, together with your team, ensure professional, high-quality, and needs-based care for our clients.
- Leadership, promotion, and development of employees
- Duty, (deployment) and resource planning
- Ensuring nursing and service quality
- Organisation and coordination of client care
- Support in complex care situations
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Conducting employee appraisals
- Organisation of team and case meetings
- Handling complaints and conflicts
- Participation in projects as well as co-responsibility for budget and target achievement
- Direct involvement in nursing when needed
- Active development and shaping of our Spitex
