• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private customer segment
• You conscientiously support, advise and empower your customers throughout their life cycle and key events
• You advise your customers with commitment and responsibility on topics such as finances, saving, investing, retirement planning and financing
• You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and sustainably expand them
• You work side by side with your team members and other specialists

• You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally with proven experience in financing and pension matters
• Supporting demanding customers is nothing new to you and brings you great joy
• You possess good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially and is always curious
• You are at home in the beautiful Bernese Oberland and already well connected
