Your main tasks:

- Recording and maintaining customer contract data in our CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Creating and terminating supplier contracts
- Collecting and consolidating performance indicators to create customer reports
- Processing and tracking work orders in our CAFM tools

Your profile:

- Commercial training EFZ or E-profile as well as professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- You have a high IT affinity and solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as good database knowledge
- You possess pronounced analytical skills and work in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented manner
- You are team-oriented and appreciate collaboration in a dynamic, versatile environment
- You have a high level of initiative and a pronounced "hands-on mentality"
- Confident German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
