An ERP user report from my connect gmbh.
Efficient contract and warranty processing at the point of sale is the foundation for high customer satisfaction. The company my connect gmbh, which operates in the specialist retail sector, has been successfully relying on the SelectLine business software for several years.
Through the direct integration of the cash register system into the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), customer histories can be accessed with just a few clicks. Alongside customer satisfaction, profitability is one of the most important business objectives. To achieve this, costly duplications must be reduced and avoided.
At my connect gmbh, the order and cash register system was extended with the financial accounting module.
The labour-intensive manual booking entry was replaced by the automated direct posting of documents into the financial accounting.
