Tasks that come with being Head of Internal Sales Kitchens

Direct leadership of project managers, installation managers, trainees at two locations
Technical leadership of private customer salespeople
Link between order processing and sales
Resource planning in order processing
Review of work contracts
Mediator function between customers, internal sales, and suppliers
Object-specific purchasing of electrical appliances, covers, and backs including awarding to suppliers
Control of contractor final invoices
Creation of warranty certificates
Monitoring and discussion of error costs
Ensuring internal training and further education

With these skills you are well equipped

Completed basic training in interior construction and appropriate further education
Experience in the kitchen or interior construction sector
Leadership experience or ability to develop into a leadership role
Motivating, team-oriented, and loyal personality
Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
Very good IT skills
Prudent and structured way of working
