PRODUCT MANAGER

About the job

Holle Baby Food AG is an internationally active company with a long tradition in the field of organic baby food. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Product Manager with a focus on FMCG products.

Your task

• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle (from conception to market withdrawal).
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competition to identify growth potentials.
• Development and implementation of product and positioning strategies for various markets.
• Participation in the development of new products in collaboration with R&D, quality and production.
• Coordination of product launches in close cooperation with marketing and sales.
• Creation and control of business cases, sales forecasts and profitability analyses.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners (suppliers, agencies, distributors).
• Ensuring brand consistency as well as compliance with regulatory requirements in international markets.

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the FMCG sector (mandatory).
• Experience in the areas of food, organic products or infant nutrition is an advantage.
• Experience in an international environment and managing multiple markets.
• Analytical thinking, result orientation and strategic thinking.
• Structured, proactive working style as well as strong communication skills.
• Very good Spanish and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
