For our established property management company based in Fislisbach AG, we are looking for a

Specialist Cleaning Staff 80-100% (m/f/d) with Development Responsibility from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You independently carry out various specialist cleaning assignments such as window, construction, apartment and basic cleaning.
• You are responsible as a floater in internal property maintenance for the upkeep cleaning of our properties.
• You inspect the properties on site and record the customers' needs.
• You are willing to perform winter services. You plan and organise the assignments independently.
• You actively participate in the development and further advancement of the specialist cleaning department.

Your profile:

• You have several years of professional experience in specialist cleaning (window, construction, apartment and basic cleaning).
• You have very good knowledge of materials and feel confident in applying various intermediate and basic cleaning methods (including machinery).
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You hold a valid driving licence category B, preferably including trailer endorsement.
• You are characterised by an independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
• You enjoy customer contact and advising.
• You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
