Theology and Awareness, 50%
For the Ecumenical Campaign team, we are looking for a person starting October 1, 2026, for
You develop the theological foundations and justifications for the topics of the Ecumenical Campaign. You plan and design the content development of the campaign's focus topic for the area of theology and education/catechesis. You ensure the flow of information between the various stakeholders and work closely with the different members of the campaign team. In addition, you plan and conduct educational events on our topics. Furthermore, as a theological expert, you are also the contact person for theological questions for other teams within HEKS, e.g., in preparation for the EKS Synod.
- Completed theology studies and ideally experience in pastoral ministry
- Experience in religious education is an advantage
- Very good editorial skills and enjoyment in writing texts
- Interest in awareness-raising work
- Teamwork skills and assertiveness
- High communication skills and flexibility
- Resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
- Good abstraction ability and a structured way of working
- Very good oral and written expression in German (native language)
- Good oral and ideally written knowledge of French
