Your tasks

• Purchasing products and negotiating with suppliers
• Preparation, creation and execution of tenders
• Quality assurance including on-site inspections in sales branches
• Development and introduction of new products including costing
• Sales analyses and controlling product profitability
• Management of systems for ordering processes and master data maintenance
• Creating market analyses and identifying market potentials
• Supporting management in projects

Your profile

• Experience in product management, category management or purchasing, ideally in retail
• Practical experience in on-site production, kitchen, bakery or comparable food-related production processes
• Experience in developing or further developing recipe-based products is an advantage
• Basic or advanced business management training
• Ability to assess product ideas from customer, production and business perspectives
• Entrepreneurial, customer- and branch-oriented thinking and acting
• Understanding of processes in a branch-based retail operation
• Structured and analytical approach as well as good self-organisation
• Professional IT user skills (MS Office/ERP)
