Brief & Concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver excellence in all areas
• Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy
• Initial practical experience in a professional kitchen (ideally fine dining or hotel industry)
• Willingness to learn and precise working methods
• Careful handling of fresh products, sense of quality and hygiene
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanour
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Responsible for smooth operations in your area and adherence to the highest quality standards
• Keep the workplace clean and hygienic
• Control and proper storage of goods according to HACCP standards
• Accurately implement instructions from Demi Chef and Chef de Partie
• Participate in sustainability measures (Zero Waste, seasonal products)
