For our 6-person Sponsoring & Events team, we are looking for a sports-enthusiastic and running-affine personality from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
As Coordinator Sponsoring & Events, you support the Running project management with your organisational skills and your strength in administrative tasks in various topics. Exciting insights into the organisation of running projects and community activities await you.Responsibilities:
- You support our Running project management in various administrative tasks as well as organisational topics (including reporting)
- Assistance with projects such as the implementation of the Running Team and taking over small sub-projects
- You are committed to community building in the running area and bring your own ideas with a lot of drive
- You coordinate and communicate with running coaches for events such as Runday Monday
- You carry out event assignments (sometimes in the evening and at weekends)
- If capacity allows, you also support the team with other major projects in various focus sports
- You have completed basic training and ideally further education or studies in sports management, marketing, events
- Experience in project or event management, preferably in running and/or community building
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Confident German language skills, French skills are also desirable
- Flexibility, as weekend and evening assignments are possible
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured, independent and reliable way of working
- You describe yourself as a sporty team player with an authentic and convincing appearance
