To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual to lead and actively develop our branch in Hägendorf.

Your tasks

• Management, organisation and further development of the branch
• Consultation and support of private customers, craftsmen, architects and business partners
• Active sales, new customer acquisition and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of quotations and orders
• Supervision of orders from enquiry to execution
• Coordination with customers, production, installation and internal departments
• Resolution of technical and commercial issues as well as handling complaints
• Responsibility for turnover, margins and economic development
• Leadership, motivation and development of employees
• Optimisation of processes in cooperation with management

Your profile

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in natural stone, ceramics, tiles, building materials, kitchen construction or interior finishing
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in team development
• Strong sales and advisory skills as well as negotiation ability
• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of turnover and margins
• Interest in high-quality materials, architecture and design
• Product knowledge or willingness to acquire relevant expertise
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Professional appearance and very good German language skills
• Good MS Office skills
