Training:
- Training in IT (CFC, ET Diploma, HES, BTS) or equivalent,
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Experience in a service company required,
- AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator certification required, AZ-140 a plus,
- Ability to deploy infrastructures independently.
Required skills in the following areas:
- Mastery of Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, Azure, O365, SharePoint)
- Mastery of Storage technologies
- Ability to lead IT projects.
- Analytical skills, understanding of needs, and client advisory
- Writing skills, knowledge of ITIL practices
- Native French speaker, very good English, German a plus
- Dynamic, rigorous, flexible, autonomous, personable, and service-oriented
Main missions:
- Manage, analyze, advise, implement, and operate technical solutions based on Azure and O365
- Manage, implement, and operate a SaaS electronic signature platform.
- Deploy and migrate solutions integrating multiple technological elements.
- Coordinate task and project execution.
- Conduct audits and propose technical improvements.
- Train employees and be their technical referent.
- Support and assist the sales force with clients.
- Ensure technological watch and be proactive in improving IT services.
Work location: Vessy (GE) or Marin (NE) (with travel in French-speaking Switzerland)
