Your qualification
- Motivating, empathetic and conflict-capable personality
- Training in Social Work or related fields
- Authentic and convincing appearance towards clients, authorities, and partners
- Professional advice based on impact- and goal-oriented approaches
- Good PC skills and understanding of administrative processes
- Knowledge of the Swiss social security system and cantonal social assistance law is an advantage
