Your new job

• Consultation and support in difficult life situations
• Responsible for the targeted alignment of social assistance benefits
• Creative development of individual target agreements with clients
• Active shaping of perspectives for social and economic integration
• Intensive networking with professionals, authorities, institutions

Your qualification

• Motivating, empathetic and conflict-capable personality
• Training in Social Work or related fields
• Authentic and convincing appearance towards clients, authorities, and partners
• Professional advice based on impact- and goal-oriented approaches
• Good PC skills and understanding of administrative processes
• Knowledge of the Swiss social security system and cantonal social assistance law is an advantage
