Deputy Head of Cleaning / Maintenance 60%
In this versatile role, you support the Head of Cleaning / Maintenance in all organizational and operational matters. You take on responsibility as a deputy in their absence and jointly ensure a smooth process.
Your Challenge
- Organizing, planning, executing, and controlling the cleaning (planning with Waveware/X-Clean)
- Creating and coordinating deployment and duty rosters
- Ensuring a smooth daily routine in close cooperation
- Leading, onboarding, training, and motivating the cleaning team
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Active participation in daily operational business
- Assisting in optimizing workflows and processes
- Responsibility for material management as well as maintenance and control of equipment and machines
Your Competencies
- Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in cleaning / maintenance in a similar role
- Trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Quality-conscious, service-oriented leadership personality with assertiveness, communication skills, and high social competence
- Communicative, critical thinking, and creative personality with empathy and authenticity
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, Polypoint PEP, and Senox X-Clean
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
