We are looking for you! Group Leader (80–100 %) fixed-term maternity cover Location Adligenswil | December 2026 to May 2027

For our location in Adligenswil, we are seeking a committed individual as Group Leader (80–100 %). The position is fixed-term as maternity cover from December 2026 to May 2027. However, we are happy to think long-term – if it suits both parties, we are open to further collaboration.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ specialising in children
• Trainer qualification and willingness to support apprentices in their training
• Enjoyment of pedagogical work with children and a respectful approach to families
• An upbeat, committed and flexible personality
• Creativity and enthusiasm to incorporate your strengths – for example in music, movement, art, nature or cooking – into everyday nursery life

What awaits you

• Co-responsibility for the care, support and guidance of children aged from 3 months to approximately 5 years
• Design and responsibility for the daily group routine as well as pedagogical work
• Planning and implementation of a varied and structured daily schedule
• Planning and support of settling-in periods
• Trustful collaboration with parents as well as conducting parent meetings and events
• Participation in the further development of our pedagogical offerings
