You work with a 100% workload in Zug – with the possibility to also work partially remotely
This position offers you
- You are the central contact person for all SAP topics in the Sales & Service area and ensure that our international markets operate smoothly in our end-to-end processes
- You ensure process quality in SAP, identify weaknesses, and actively drive continuous improvement (CIP) at headquarters and in the international markets
- You define new requirements and optimizations together with IT and Business Process Owners and accompany their implementation according to agile methodology (SAFe Agile)
- You coordinate change requests – from requirements through testing to implementation – and communicate changes clearly to key and end users
- You are responsible for the international key user community in the Sales & Service area: coordinating support, training, and process documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer
- You lead spare parts management for the international markets – from order entry through disposition to invoicing and delivery
- You work closely with sales, customer service, IT, product content data management, and international markets to optimally align processes and systems
- You implement price adjustments for the international markets
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed commercial or technical training and further education in SAP S/4HANA and ideally in agile project methods
- You have very good SAP end-user knowledge (ideally in SD, CS, and material master (MM) or related modules) and bring project management experience
- You have experience in developing and documenting business requirements and know how to prepare technical topics understandably for different target groups
- You are familiar with international sales and service processes and bring experience in international trade – especially in invoicing, credit notes, and commercial law issues
- You communicate clearly, bring teams together, and act as a bridge between business, customers, and IT – motivating, solution-oriented, and with enthusiasm for change
- You think globally, continuously develop yourself, and question existing processes to make them more efficient and customer-oriented
- Service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you – you know the needs of your internal and external partners and approach them with foresight and pragmatism
- You speak very good German and English and present your topics convincingly at all levels
