• Ensuring perioperative organisation and smooth processes regarding efficiency and effectiveness in the operating area within your professional competence
• Co-responsible for achieving excellent work quality and high patient safety
• Correct implementation of all hygiene guidelines
• Instrument handling and assisting in all areas of orthopaedic surgery considering the established SOPs
• Responsibility for the proper preparation, treatment, and provision of materials, devices, apparatus, and instruments
• Flawless handling of medical technology devices as well as preoperative device checks
• Economical use of all consumables necessary for the operating process
• Ensuring comprehensive operating quality documentation and performance recording within the area of responsibility

Profile

• Completed training as a certified specialist nurse HF FA OP, certified specialist nurse in surgical technology HF,
• Several years of professional experience
• Organisational skills and resilience
• Interest in further training
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Flexible, independent, team-oriented, and motivated personality
