Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Turning/Milling)
Tasks
- Independently set up and operate 3- and 4-axis milling machines
- Commission lathes and turn-mill centres independently
- Create CNC programmes manually using ISO or with CAM systems
- Operate several machines simultaneously using automation technologies
- Analyse and continuously improve manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Independent experience in setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
- Familiarity with CAM software, especially TopSolid, is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of ISO programming
- Experience with Fanuc controls is considered an advantage
