WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE

• In collaboration with the deputy branch management, you take responsibility for your JYSK branch.
• You lead and coach your team to prepare the store optimally for sales and customers, in accordance with our JYSK leadership values.
• You analyse indicators, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
• You implement store concepts and routines
• You recruit, onboard new colleagues and develop the existing team.

• You have experience in managing and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar sectors
• You are an inspiring and communicative personality who creates a positive working atmosphere.
• You feel completely comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.
• You enjoy physical work, have a "hands-on" mentality and lead by example.
• You are ready to take responsibility for your store and its results.
• You have the ability to stay calm and focus on your goals, even in stressful situations.
• You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly after a setback
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays.
