Deputy Group Leader: Network Construction (all)

Your area of responsibility

• In your deputy leadership role, you take on technical and personnel responsibility for a motivated team of seven employees and strengthen collaboration
• From order acceptance to completion, you coordinate the deployments and ensure timely and high-quality implementation
• At the modern location, you plan personnel, materials and tools proactively and work with modern equipment
• On the construction sites, you keep an overview and consistently ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
• You regularly perform on-call duty and resolve any faults that occur
• You also contribute your expertise in supporting and training our apprentices

Your profile

• You have completed a technical basic training, ideally in the field of network construction
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in supporting and developing employees distinguish you
• You have further training as a senior network technician or are motivated to complete it; training as a practical instructor is an advantage
• With your structured and responsible way of working, you keep an overview even with multiple tasks and use technical aids confidently
• You hold a driving licence for categories B and BE
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German
