CNC Mechanic (m/f/d) 100%

Economical as well as qualitatively flawless and punctual production of products according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Location: Hägendorf (SO)

Contract type: permanent

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

YOUR TASKS:

Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC grinding machines (e.g. cylindrical, surface or tool grinding machines)
Provision of tools, control devices and fixtures according to instructions
Monitoring and ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality of workpieces
Performing in-process inspections and documenting work steps and results according to production specifications
Timely and proper processing according to production orders, inspection instructions, procedural instructions and drawings
Cleaning machines and performing simple maintenance tasks as well as rectifying minor malfunctions
Knowing and following guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics and compliance programmes as well as other relevant regulations

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training as a production mechanic EFZ
2-3 years of experience in tool grinding
Fluent German skills
Clean and independent working style

For our Hägendorf location, we are looking for a:
CNC Mechanic Tool Grinding (m/f)

Your main tasks:

- Setting up, operating and monitoring tool grinding machines
- Provision of tools, control devices and fixtures according to instructions
- Timely and proper processing according to production orders, inspection instructions,
- procedural instructions and drawings according to GMP
- Cleaning machines and performing simple maintenance tasks
- Performing in-process inspections according to Q documents
- Correct and complete filling out of production documents according to GDP
- Assisting with improvements in processes, fixtures, documents and continuous improvement process
- Knowing and following guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics and compliance programmes as well as other relevant regulations

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic / production mechanic with several years of professional experience in a production environment or many years of experience in the CNC field
- Knowledge in grinding
- Flexible, team player, resilient even in hectic times
- Clean and precise working style
- Proficient in computer applications
- Additionally, you are a motivated, independent and approachable personality who enjoys communicating with various stakeholders
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift to 3-shift operation)
