- Responsible for the training of our apprentices
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail of the Tax Office
- Assisting in the secretariat: telephone service, processing emails and correspondence
- Various administrative tasks: for example, address verifications, changes of representatives, clarifications for weekly residents, support in processing error lists
- Project work: support in administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- High customer orientation
- Precise and independent working style
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Nest is an advantage
