To expand our maintenance team, we are looking for a motivated individual as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement for the position of

Caretaker / Maintenance Specialist 80 - 100% (all)

Your main tasks

• Office, building, and surrounding area cleaning
• Maintenance of the company premises as well as the associated machines and equipment
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work on buildings and facilities
• Maintenance and stocking of our self-service machines
• Winter service and care of outdoor facilities
• Ensuring waste disposal and recycling
• Co-responsibility for the training of our apprentice Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Maintenance Specialist EBA/EFZ
  and/or as a Building Cleaner EBA/EFZ mandatory
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Trustworthiness, discretion, and impeccable reputation
• Good manners as well as social skills and friendliness
• Strong service orientation, solution-focused working style, and a high degree of independence
• Physical fitness
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
