Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life that has grown rapidly in recent years. With customer-friendly services, the administration is there for around 20,000 residents.

At the Kinderhaus Werd, around 56 children from two months old until starting kindergarten are professionally and pedagogically cared for and supported by well-trained specialist staff. We enter into an educational partnership with the parents to jointly ensure the child’s well-being, promote their social learning, and accompany and support their development.

From 1 August 2027, we are looking for three apprentices at Kinderhaus Werd for the

Apprenticeship as Childcare Specialist

Your Tasks

Together with the group leader, a co-educator, and an intern, you accompany the children through their varied daily routine. You support them in playing, learning, and discovering, organise activities, and promote the children according to their age and individual needs.

What We Expect from You

For this versatile and responsible training, you are interested in educational topics and enjoy working with young children. You are reliable, open-minded, and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you have good German language skills and are dependable and trustworthy.
