Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented professional in accounting. You can expect a versatile environment in the field of public administration and institutional services, where you will take on a central role within financial accounting.
Responsibilities:
You conduct periodic dunning runs, monitor payment agreements and clarify open debtor positions
You assist with monthly and annual financial statements
You carry out debt collection measures and liaise with internal and external contacts
You process ongoing creditor bookings as well as expense and credit card statements
You take on general administrative tasks in the finance department and contribute to process optimisations
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education EFZ as well as further training as a financial and accounting clerk or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You are proficient in using modern ERP systems such as Abacus, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Fluent German language skills are required
