YOUR MISSION
As a Quality Technician, you are responsible for the quality of the components, sub-assemblies, and finished products entrusted to you. You provide support for operations and play a key role in handling non-conformities, continuous improvement, and the development of products and processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the Quality technical referent for internal teams and make quality decisions related to non-conformities (acceptance, waiver, rejection)
- Handle internal and supplier non-conformities: technical analysis, securing stocks and work-in-progress, managing 8D processes and monitoring corrective action plans
- Issue supplier non-conformity reports and ensure follow-up of associated actions
- Participate in handling customer non-conformities in collaboration with the after-sales service
- Train and support production and control operators on Quality standards and rules
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate Quality indicators related to your activities
- Conduct internal quality audits and participate in supplier audits
- Manage measuring devices (Calibration and adjustment)
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects of the Quality department and Operations
- Participate, as needed, in new product and process development projects (design reviews, FMEA, qualification plans, process validation, FAI, control plans)
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical training at HES, ES level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and/or electronics
- Proficient in reading plans, manufacturing processes (machining, injection, treatments, assembly, tests), and measuring and control tools
- Good knowledge of Quality tools and methods (corrective and preventive actions, 8D, 5M, FMEA)
- Comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel) and an ERP (SAP)
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written – (level B2)
- Flexibility and ability to work in a demanding industrial environment
