Department: Finance & Services
Start of work: Immediately or by agreement
- Friendly and service-oriented assistance to our customers at the counter
- Production, issuance, and return as well as 1st-level support for Campus Card (electronic university ID)
- Issuance and return of locking media (mechanical and digital)
- Professional processing of copying, printing, and scanning orders as well as maintenance of the deployed infrastructure
- Competent and solution-oriented contact person for our internal and external customers as well as service partners
- Ordering and selling office and consumable materials
- Reservation, issuance, and return of pool vehicles as well as coordination and organization of maintenance and service work on the vehicles
- Service billing via the cash register system including cash register closings
- Mutual support and representation in all service areas including postal and courier service also at the locations in Winterthur and Zürich
- Depending on qualifications, additionally assisting and deputy access management
For this responsible position, we are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, flexible, and honest service personality who enjoys working independently, efficiently, and engaged in a team and for whom personal responsibility and a holistic view are a matter of course.
You have completed vocational training with proven practical experience in the service sector in a comparable function with an affinity for electronic systems and digital workflows. You also hold a Category B driver's license. Your good PC and MS Office user skills as well as polite manners complete your profile.

Finance & Services (F&S) supports the departments and is responsible for finance & controlling, facility management, human resources, university library, and ICT.
The facility management of the ZHAW ensures FM services for the entire university with its approximately 87 employees. Within the FM organization, the Shared Service Center is the central point for cross-location FM services of the ZHAW, from where services such as access management, copy center, postal and transport service, campus card, catering, university secretariat, and mobility are offered in a customer-oriented manner.
