About us
For over 55 years, the international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training – evidence-based, effective and clearly structured. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we pursue one goal: to make people capable, healthy and self-determined through targeted strengthening of the musculoskeletal system – at any age.
Kieser Physiotherapy
Kieser Physiotherapy is an independent and integral part of our brand. Our physiotherapy practice is based on the Kieser Method and combines active rehabilitation with medical strength training.
Your mission
As part of our physio team, you combine evidence-based physiotherapy with the transition of patients into active training directly in a Kieser studio. You think therapy further, strengthen self-efficacy and help people take responsibility for their health.
What you achieve
Accompany rather than just treat: From structured assessment through active, cause-oriented therapy to independent training – step by step, at a suitable pace.
Explain & motivate clearly: You create knowledge, trust and movement – through clear communication.
Therapise according to needs: You work independently and purposefully in line with the individual needs of our patients and find effective solutions for symptom treatment.
Co-create & think along: You contribute ideas and help us further develop processes, workflows and offers in the field of physiotherapy.
Make progress visible: You set realistic goals and reflect on successes – together with the team and the patients.
Connect therapy & training: You work closely with the studio team and contribute to the transition to independent training in the studio.
What defines you
You want to really make a difference with your work – for your patients and your professional environment. You believe in the potential of health-oriented training, education and self-responsible health promotion. In doing so, you bring not only professional knowledge but also:
A recognised qualification as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) with SRK recognition.
A structured, independent working style combined with genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
The motivation to actively accompany people, strengthen them and empower them in the long term.
Interest in evidence-based physiotherapy and its connection with targeted strength training.
Very good German skills (at least C1) – additional languages such as English or French are an advantage.
An open, empathetic manner and the ability to communicate clearly and solution-oriented.
Responsibility & expertise: You act reliably, contribute your experience purposefully, use evidence-based methods and approach tasks with commitment and solution orientation.
Collaboration & attitude: In our team, commitment, mutual support and respectful interaction count; enthusiasm for the work, courage for clear positions and openness to new things are important to us.
What to expect from us
Targeted development: We actively support your professional development with further training so that you can continuously grow and discover new perspectives.
Provision: Above-average contribution to occupational pension schemes.
Health as a priority: Use our free Kieser training subscription in all Kieser studios for health strength and a good balance.
Exclusive benefits: Access to Corporate Benefits ( www.corporate-benefits.ch ) and other employee benefits that enrich and appreciate your working day.
Team spirit & environment: A cooperative, supportive environment where mutual appreciation and lived attitude count. Experience an open "du" culture, flat hierarchies, regular team events and a centrally located workplace with excellent transport connections.
