The Cantonal Social Office, the responsible authority in the Canton of Fribourg especially for the compensation of victims according to OHG, the collection and advance payment of maintenance contributions, and the coordination of social assistance, offers persons with completed legal traineeship and concurrently preparing for the bar exam a legal internship (50-60%) for at least 6 months.

Your tasks
- Drafting decisions in the area of victim compensation according to OHG / collection and advance payment of maintenance contributions
- Representing the interests of the State before the cantonal courts and senior offices in civil and criminal proceedings
- Legal questions in the handling of social assistance cases
Desired profile
- Master of Laws, completed legal traineeship, preparing for the bar exam
- Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
