Your area of activity

• You provide care and support adapted to the needs of the residents, ensuring good quality care.
• You accompany our apprentices in collaboration with the person responsible for training.
• You independently manage care documentation and the care process, leading case discussions.
• You bear part of the responsibility for BESA assessments (from December 2026 RAI LTCF)
• You assume responsibility for the day, set the right priorities in organising daily work and planning for the next day, and accompany medical visits.
• Management of residents’ admissions and discharges
• Medication management (ordering, distribution, etc.)
• You will participate in working groups, help organise short internal training sessions, and will be jointly responsible for implementing innovations.

• Independence, reliability and responsibility are part of your skills
• French-speaking with proficiency in German or vice versa
• You are comfortable with IT tools
