Your future field of work

With us, you will be trained to become a professional in the kitchen. You will learn how to prepare food professionally in a kitchen, write recipes, and calculate costs
You will also learn important basics in breakfast, storage and control, as well as hygiene
You will get to know the different areas of the kitchen: cold kitchen, patisserie, sauce kitchen, and banquet kitchen
In the end, you will be able to work in all essential operational areas of a kitchen and start directly

Your profile

Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a kitchen, for example through an internship – if necessary, we can offer you one
You are creative, motivated, and enjoy cooking
You like working in a team and keep an overview even in stressful situations
You are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible handling of food are self-evident for you
You have good German and English skills
You enjoy making guests happy with good food
