Your mission:
You ensure the management and optimization of the real estate portfolio of the HFR sites. You coordinate the allocation of premises, relocations, and construction work, while ensuring reliable monitoring of spaces and coherent signage across all hospital sites.
Your main tasks:
- Manage the allocation of offices, rooms, and premises
- Manage occupancy plans
- Coordinate relocations
- Measure and optimize actual occupancy
- Design and maintain HFR signage
- Manage rental contracts
- Act as the single point of contact for occupants on all premises-related questions
- Regularly present strategic recommendations (occupancy, optimization, costs) to management
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC; federal diploma as a property manager or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a Swiss real estate management company
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and safety standards in hospital environments is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of French or German, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of the other language
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize

Assignment
You manage and optimize the properties at the various HFR locations. You coordinate the allocation of rooms, relocations, and construction work and ensure a reliable and always up-to-date overview of the premises and coherent signage at all hospital locations.
Main tasks
- You control the allocation of offices and all other rooms.
- You manage the occupancy plans.
- You organize the relocations.
- You measure and optimize the actual occupancy.
- You design the signage throughout HFR and keep it up to date.
- You manage the rental contracts.
- You are the contact person for users for all questions regarding the premises.
- You regularly provide the management with strategic recommendations (occupancy, optimization, costs).
Profile
- Commercial employee EFZ, property manager with federal certificate or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in a Swiss property management company
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and safety standards in hospitals is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German or French skills with good knowledge of the other language
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and strong social skills
- Customer orientation, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
