The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility that offers various forms of housing tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in assisted living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the building.

• Ensuring individual and professional care and support for residents according to their needs.
• Responsibility for the professional guidance and support of trainees in the role of practice instructor.
• Participation in the planning and implementation of care processes as well as ensuring care quality.
• Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and active participation in the further development of our assisted living.
• Support for residents in daily life and promotion of their independence.

• Completed vocational training DNII, HF (Tertiary Level)
• Additional training or interest in further education as a practice instructor.
• You bring solid professional experience in dementia care or in the long-term care sector.
• You enjoy implementing our comprehensive and contemporary care and support concepts and are responsible for planning, controlling, and evaluating care processes.
• You are a responsible, communicative personality who enjoys working independently.
• You possess high social competence and interest in continuous development.
• You bring knowledge in validation, basic stimulation, and kinesthetics.
• You have very good knowledge of the RAI-NH assessment system and are familiar with EasyDOK.
• ICT user knowledge.
