Quality Manager / Safety Officer (m/f/d)
CAMION TRANSPORT Headquarters | 80–100%
Start on 1 July 2026 or by arrangement | Workplace by agreement (preferably SG or SO)
In this role, you are directly attached to the headquarters and responsible for quality management across the entire company. At the headquarters in Wil, you work at the heart of our organisation. You collaborate closely with the teams in our branches and colleagues at the headquarters.
Your tasks
- Checking quality, environmental regulations, occupational safety, process instructions and forms in the branches
- Planning and conducting internal audits
- Handling continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Accompanying external audits
- Safety Officer (SiBe)
- Training and supporting quality managers (QV) and safety delegates (SiDe) in the branches
- Pharmaceutical technically responsible person (FvP)
Your profile
- Completed further training in quality management
- Experience in quality management and occupational safety in the logistics or service sector
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, data protection, sustainability (Ecovadis) desirable
- Communicative and cooperative personality
- Willingness to travel 20 - 40%
- If workplace is Hägendorf SO, minimum presence once a week in Wil SG
- Confident communication in German, French/Italian an advantage
