Technical Production Employee

What tasks will you undertake?

You will:

• weld and assemble sophisticated flow measuring devices, ensuring the highest precision and quality.
• pick individual parts and ensure an efficient and smooth production process during finishing.
• maintain and service equipment to guarantee optimal plant availability.
• live the Lean philosophy and drive the continuous improvement of our processes with your commitment.
• work flexibly in a two-shift system and contribute significantly to team performance with your reliability.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have completed basic training and bring manual skills as well as technical understanding.
• ideally have some experience in an industrial environment and work precisely and carefully.
• communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
• are flexible, willing to get involved, and appreciate working in a committed team.
• act with quality awareness, take responsibility, and keep an overview even under high work pace.
