Dispatcher & All-round Office/Warehouse Assistant

Your Responsibilities

Dispatching

• You coordinate our silo trucks optimally according to access conditions, costs, and distance.
• You notify our customers and are the contact person for deliveries.
• You check delivery quantities and take over administrative follow-up tasks.
• You ensure quality during delivery and train our drivers.
• You accept orders and sell pellets.

Office & Warehouse

• You support the team in the office (e.g. order entry, invoicing, master data maintenance).
• You prepare quotes for single deliveries and advise customers by phone.
• In summer, you take on active telephone sales.
• You receive deliveries in the warehouse and check quality.
• You carry out warehouse inspections and cleaning.

Your Profile

• Experience in transport dispatching
• Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Category C truck driving licence
• German at native level, French skills advantageous (head office in Western Switzerland)
• Technical understanding
• Forklift certification
• Willingness to work more in winter (compensated by quieter summer months)
• Friendly and open interaction with customers, colleagues, and drivers
• Initiative and "hands-on" mentality
• Desire to learn new things and take on all tasks

Important:
We work seasonally: it is quiet in summer and intense in winter. Longer holidays during the heating period are unfortunately not possible due to operational reasons.
