• 📄 Psychiatric care planning, progress evaluation, reassessments

• ⚕️ Networking with psychiatrists, social services, Spitex professionals
• 👥 Supervision of nursing assistants and care helpers in the psychiatric field

• 🔍 Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with a focus or experience in psychiatric nursing — direct training in psychiatry or at least 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
• 🔍 Driving licence category B is an advantage — you will be travelling between assignments.
• 🔍 Confidence in crisis assessment — you are often alone with the client. Without a team directly on site, you need a confident professional judgement in complex situations.
• 🔍 German language skills C1 — family conversations, psychiatrist discussions, written reports. Language is your most important therapeutic tool.
• 🔍 Outpatient experience is not a must — those switching from the clinic receive structured onboarding. You bring the psychiatric competence, we learn the outpatient together.

• 🚗 Company car + fuel card (from 60%); including private use — also at weekends. Value ~CHF 500/month.
• 🕧 No shift work; Monday to Friday, no regular night or weekend duty.

• 🧑 🎓 Further training actively promoted; NDS, CAS Psychiatry, supervision — supported in time and financially.
