You want to take on responsibility, combine medical expertise with strategic design, and shape the future of occupational medicine together with a strong interdisciplinary team?
What you achieve
- You lead four teams with around 30 occupational medicine specialists and assume overall professional and personnel responsibility.
- You shape the medical development of the assessment of occupational diseases and are responsible for quality assurance and optimisation of workflows.
- You contribute your expertise on occupational diseases to strategic internal and external projects as well as specialist committees and help implement our preventive mandate.
- You ensure the training of assistant doctors to become specialists in occupational medicine.
- You work closely with various areas of Suva and maintain the network with medical stakeholders in clinics and professional societies.
What you bring
- You are a specialist in occupational medicine and have experience in the assessment and prevention of occupational diseases.
- In your career so far, you have already gained experience in leadership as well as in quality and project management.
- You are interested in scientific questions and are committed to public relations.
- You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, promote professional exchange, and lead meetings and workshops purposefully to success.
- You think in a networked way, recognise development opportunities, and implement new ideas effectively.
- You have excellent German skills at a native level as well as very good French and English skills.
