About the job
YOUR TASKS
‒ Professional consulting of customers during ERP implementations, as well as optimisation and digitalisation of processes with a focus on accounting (e.g. cost accounting, financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting) and payroll / human resources (e.g. MAG, certificates, applicant and competence management, ESS and MSS)
‒ Handling customer inquiries in the area of accounting and payroll
‒ Preparation of offers, concepts, documentation and training materials
‒ Recording and specification of customer requirements and support of implementation (parameterisation and customising)
‒ Conducting workshops and user training
‒ Responsibility for project implementation regarding time, budget and quality
‒ Interdisciplinary project team coordination with internal and external staff
OUR REQUIREMENTS
‒ Solid professional training in accounting or business administration (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school, professional certificate) as well as in payroll / HR
‒ Experience with ERP Abacus or several years of professional experience in accounting
‒ Practical experience in holistic project management is an advantage
‒ Networked thinking as well as structured, independent and precise working method
‒ High service mentality, enthusiasm and flexibility
‒ A flair for IT, digitalisation and the SME environment
‒ Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English are an advantage
